Josh McCown Comes Out Of Retirement & Signs With Eagles


Josh McCown was Sam Darnolds backup for the Jets last season and he has thrown for 17,707 yards and 98 touchdowns with 82 interceptions in 99 career games (76 starts) with the Cardinals, Lions, Raiders, Panthers, Bears, Buccaneers, Browns and so forth.
The 40-year-old made three starts for the Jets last year and finished 60 of 110 (54.5 completion percentage) to get 539 passing yards and a touchdown with four interceptions.
McCown had among his finest seasons in 2017 when he threw for 2,926 yards and 18 touchdowns with nine interceptions in 13 games for the Jets but the next season, the group decided to draft Darnold and he also became his copy.
