World Grand Prix Darts Quarter Final Tips
We have reached the quarter-final phase of only one player that was seeded and the championship stays for time in World Grand Prix history! That is seed is none other than Michael Van Gerwen and he has to fancy his odds. Nathan Aspinall continues to impress, so he never knows when hes beaten. His match against Chizzy tonight needs to be electric but I am struggling to find an angle to get that from a betting point of view. Glenn Durrant beat Peter Wright is deservedly beaten by Rob Cross in Jermaine Wattimena along with a thriller. This day they play with with each other and Id anticipate Durrant to come during this one but hes too brief for me personally to have a bet on. I believe the other two games offer better gambling propositions.
To kick off weve got Ian White v Chris Dobey. Gary Anderson final round was stunned by dobey and he was completely outplayed by him. I can see him putting in a similar screen . Wade was far from his finest and was so poor although white conquer Wade around. Dobey is a fairly big price to win but given the unpredictably of this arrangement and also Ian Whites capability I think Dobey +1.5 places is the bet. 26/25 is quite generous given two nights 11, he performed! If he wins, great, but I could see it being tight and also the handicap nonetheless landing.
My selection comes from third match of the day. Michael Van Gerwen was unbelievable against Jeffrey De Zwaan. He faces Mervyn King tonight that has played well up to now. His scoring has been impressive but I cannot see him beating MVG tonight. He may, but get one place on the board, and I think Michael Van Gerwen to triumph 3-1 is a great price at 12/5. Michael isnt immune to missing quite a few darts and he just wants to miss out a few chances and King should capitalise. I anticipate Van Gerwen to acquire this professionally but can see a set being nicked by King.
